Rudy Provoost, Chairman of the Rexel Foundation and Rexel Group CEO, said: “I am very pleased to welcome Dan Esty as an independent and expert member of the Rexel Foundation. His political and academic track-record and his extensive work to advance the sustainable energy and environmental agenda, encompassing both a multi-disciplinary and a multi-stakeholder vision, will bring tremendous value to the development of the Rexel Foundation, especially at a time when it accelerates its expansion in North America.”

Dan Esty said: “I am pleased to join the Rexel Foundation’s Executive Committee and am excited about helping Rexel provide better access for all to energy efficiency. I am fully committed to finding robust solutions at all levels to limit climate change and the Rexel Foundation’s bottom-up and social business initiatives meet that objective from a very operational standpoint.”
