Testimonials from households in fuel poverty

The Rexel Foundation has conducted a process of listening to people in fuel poverty in order to:

  • To better know and understand these people for whom the Foundation has been acting since its creation,
  • Identify their knowledge and perception of the support systems offered to them,
  • Identify their expectations.

These 14 interviews were conducted by Occurrence Healthcare during the month of May 2018 in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France. They were completed by about ten interviews with other Foundations, Associations and Public Actors to enrich and share our reflection.

This work will also contribute to the Rexel Foundation's approach during the fourth Innovation Day on June 19th, 2018, which will take place in Roubaix in Hauts-de-France. This day will be an opportunity to involve more actively households in fuel poverty in order to collectively build innovative solutions.
