How can we support you?

As the Rexel Foundation seeks to provide long-term support to organizations involved in improving access to energy efficiency for all, we believe that time commitment skills and field experience can be just as valuable as financial support. That is why we will consider mobilizing Rexel’s infrastructure (including its logistics platforms, transports, products and technologies) if needed and wherever possible. We also actively encourage Rexel employees to volunteer their expertise and time in support of community projects.

The life cycle of a Rexel Foundation project

1. 1 THE APPLICATION FORM
Fill out a questionnaire  (at the bottom of this page) to enable the validation of your project’s eligibility and briefly describe the challenges, the solutions proposed and the impact expected in line with the Rexel Foundation’s core principles.
2.2 THE APPLICATION FILE
If your project interests the Foundation, you will need to complete a full application file using a specific Rexel Foundation document.
3.3THE PRESENTATION
A meeting with the Foundation’s teams will enable you to present your team and your project.
4. 4 THE PRE-SELECTION COMMITTEE
Your project will then be submitted to a special committee that preselects the projects that will be presented to the Executive Committee of the Foundation.
5. 5 THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
At the end of the selection process, your project will be presented to the 9 members of the Executive Committee for final approval (once a year in October).
6. 6 THE TRIPARTITE CONVENTION
If your project is approved, a convention between the Fondation de France, the Rexel Foundation and yourself will specify the scope of the project and the responsibilities of the various parties.
7. 7 THE IMPLEMENTATION
You will roll out the project with the support and attention of the Rexel Foundation and local correspondents.
8. 8 THE IMPACT ASSESSMENT
You will evaluate your project’s impact via performance and impact indicators that will have been previously decided upon with the Rexel Foundation.
